We’re happy if you’re happy, we want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Bawah Beachwear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or an exchange.
- All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- We accept an exchange only for defective item (manufacturing defect) or to change a size only for the same model.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for an exchange.
In the instance that you have received a defective product, please visit our Returns Centre in order to initiate and process your return and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
How initiate a return
Please visit our Returns Center in order to initiate and process your return - with your order number and your email - within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return your product.
Please note: Bawah Beachwear is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
Returns are quick and easy with Bawah Beachwear!
1. Login to our Returns Center and create a return
2. Follow return instructions as per the applicable returns method for shipping
3. Include in the parcel :
- Your returns note with your order number
- The item you're returning
- Its original packaging
- The packing slip
- A print of your confirmation of purchase email
4. Pack all and simply mail the parcel to the address specified in Shipping Instructions in Returns Center.
If you do not have the original packing slip, please be sure to clearly label the package with your name and order number, as we are unable to process any unlabeled returns.
5. Ensure that your return is securely packaged
6. Once we receive it, we'll send you an email and we will promptly process a refund in accordance with our return policy.
7. Generally, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 working days.
